Before you edit any code
Duplicate the theme first. In Online Store > Themes, choose the three dot menu on Atelier and select Duplicate, then edit the copy. Code changes are not carried across when you update to a new version of the theme, so keeping an unedited original makes updating far easier.
If you want changes beyond what the theme editor offers, we recommend hiring a Shopify Partner or a developer from the Shopify Experts Marketplace. Customization work is outside the support included with the theme.
Support
Use the contact form linked from the Atelier listing. Include your store address and a description of the problem, and we will reply within two business days.
What support covers: questions about how the theme works, and fixes for theme bugs such as broken layouts, dead links, and errors in theme behaviour.
What it does not cover: custom code, app integrations, and changes to a theme you have edited. We are happy to point you towards a Partner for those.
